Q. Where do you have properties?

A. Osaka, Kanagawa and Morioka.

Q. What is a fully furnished apartment?

A. A fully furnished apartment means that you are renting an accommodation which has the essential amenities already included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These amenities include a Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, Washing Machine, TV, Refrigerator, Furniture, Other Appliances, Cooking Utensils, Wifi and Cable. With a fully furnished apartment, it takes the stress out of planning, fitting and purchasing all of the furniture you would need to do otherwise.

Q. What is a serviced apartment?

A. A serviced apartment (also known as a service apartment or an extended stay apartment) is a fully furnished apartment available for longer-term stay (1 month +), providing hotel-like amenities such as housekeeping. Our rooms are equipped with a kitchen, Wi-Fi and in-apartment washing machine.

Q. What is a Business Office?

A. For people who are looking to start a business in Japan, it is mandatory that you have a physical office space. We provide such office spaces for overseas clients to help them register, start up and run their businesses on the ground here in Japan.

Q. Do you provide short term accommodation?

A. No. We only provide serviced apartments (1+ month) or furnished apartments (1+ year). Please have a look on Airbnb if you wish to book short term accommodation.

Q. How long does it take the rent an apartment?

A. It will take around 1 week to process.

Q. Do I need a Japanese Guarantor?

A. No, you do not need a Japanese guarantor.

Q. What documents do I need to rent a serviced apartment?

A. We need a copy of your passport

Q. How do I pay for this accommodation?

A. We accept all major credit cards and Japanese bank transfer.

Q. How can I get my room key?

A. We will guide you through this process in due course.

Q. Can I extend my lease contract?

A. If the room is available (you can check the calendar) then you are more than welcome to extend your lease.

Q. Is there a landline in the apartment?

A. No there is no landline. We recommend you purchase a mobile phone.

Q. Is internet available in the apartment?

A. This depends on the apartment. Please refer to the “features” section under the apartment listing for confirmation.

Q. What time can I move in and out the apartment?

A. Move in time is between 10am and 6pm, moving out time is the same.
